I am looking to obtain part-time or limited term/contract work as a Web Standards Based XHTML/CSS Front-End Developer.

I am desiring to telecommute, unless work is local to the Baraboo, Reedsburg, and Wisconsin Dells areas.

Front-end Developer:

I am a front-end developer specializing in web standards, accessibility, and usability based development. I generally code to XHTML 1.0 Strict and maintain a separation of layers (content, presentation, behavior) with semantically correct code. All of these greatly benefit Search Engine Optimization (SEO), caching, faster page loads, as well as ease of maintenance, debugging, and updating. Doing it right the first times saves problems later.

Dreamweaver is my tool of choice to hand-code my pages with such features as code completion, code hints, and the built-in validator and link checker being very handy. I have also used Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat Professional, Prototype.js as well as with Eclipse, AJAX, Java, Java Server Pages, Lotus Notes, and Active Server Pages.
